Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Planes to Software website and prerelease versions of DEPTH made available for testing.

Using DEPTH

You may use DEPTH for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not misuse the software, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Prerelease software

DEPTH is currently in development. Test builds may contain errors, change without notice, or be discontinued. Back up important information and do not rely on a prerelease build as your only way to access essential apps or media.

Your content

You retain ownership of your photos, videos, links, names, and other content. You are responsible for having the right to use content you add. DEPTH starter artwork remains the property of Planes to Software and is visual filler, not user media.

Third-party services

DEPTH can organize links to third-party apps and services. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability, subscriptions, and privacy practices. Planes to Software does not control them and does not claim an official partnership unless expressly stated.

Ownership

DEPTH, the Planes to Software website, branding, interface, and original materials are owned by Planes to Software or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

Availability and responsibility

The website and prerelease software are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Planes to Software is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a test build or a third-party service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
